Vacation Essentials | Hair Edition...

I’m getting ready to go on a much needed holiday and I’m looking forward to some relaxation. Here are a few things that are a must for my vacation needs: Shampoo, Co-Wash Conditioner, Leave-in Conditioner, Moisturizer and Oil.

My Vacation Hair Essentials

[1]   ORS Creamy Aloe Shampoo: Just in case I end up swimming in the pool or sea this shampoo will come in handy, to cleanse my hair.

[2]     Aussie Moist Conditioner: I chose this particular conditioner because it’s so moisturizing and can act for two purposes. 1) As a co-wash conditioner when my hair feels that needed boost of moisture and 2) As a leave in conditioner. I’m killing two birds with one stone lol.

[3]     Elasta QP Olive Oil & Mango Butter: This moisturizer is such a staple in my regimen and will be used daily to replenish the moisture lost during the day. I plan to do a lot of sight-seeing.

[4]     Extra Virgin Coconut Oil: I prefer this natural oil because its light and gets the job done effectively. I’ll be using this as a sealant; in addition it adds a lot of shine.

PS: I'll be transporting these hair products in miniature containers because they are too bulky and would take up too much room in my suitcase.

My Vacation Hair Essentials

Bobbi Pins: I’ll be using this to secure my hair while it’s in a bun or pin up hair style.

Ruffles/Scrunchies: To secure my hair when I’m wearing it in a bun or pony tail.

Comb & Brush: These will be used as I see fit.

Head bands: This will help add some character to the front of my hair

Flexi-Rods: I’ll try to throw in some curls to switch up my look.

Head Scarf: I’ll be covering my hair every night.

Banana Clip & Hair Clips: I will be inter changing between these and my scrunchies.
