Co-Wash Day: Flexi- Rods @ 4 Weeks Post

The initial plan was a full wash day which was to comprise of prepooing (pre-shampoo treatment) with a protein conditioner and deep conditioning with a moisturizing conditioner but that didn't happen and opted to co wash instead.
Flexi-rods @ 4weeks post

[1]   Scalp massage with Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (warmed) for 2mins.
[2]   Deep Conditioned with a moisture and protein conditioner which were ORS Hair Mayo
(protein) and Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist (moisture) for 45mins and rinsed with cold
water.  This helps seals in the moisture that you just added via your deep conditioner
       and closes the hair cuticles.
[3]   My scalp was itchy so I shampooed with CON Moisture & Shine Shampoo once.
[4]   Co-washed with Aussie moist 3min deep conditioner. Left the product on my hair for
       2 mins and rinsed.
[5]   Wrapped my hair in a T-shirt for 30mins. Applied my leave in conditioner’s of Aussie
Moist Conditioner, Herbal Essences Split End Protector (ends only) and sealed with
       coconut oil.
Flexi-rods
I used my purple, blue and grey rods for this flexi-rod set. I used a total of 13 flexi rods to achieve this look. Surprising the rods weren't very comfy to sleep in as previous times.
Flexi-rods taken out
The following day I applied coconut oil on my palms to separate the curls. I was heading out to my goddaughter's baby christening, so I fluffed and ran through the door.
Flexi-rods styled
It was nice to wear my hair down without any tension being pulled into one direction or the other. The following day my hair started to frizz a lot but I still loved it.
9 hours later my flexi-rods are still cute
By the third day I placed my hair into a low pony tail.  I need to address my moisture levels which have dropped since my relaxer touch up and I know who the culprit is.
Day 2 & 3 of my flexi-rod set

    1. Take them out Harlem. I simply pin the sides and back up with bobbi pins. I tie my hair down with my satin scarf loosely and fluff in the morning.
