Do you always shampoo first with the ors clarifying shampoo before using a sulfate-free one?
ReplyDeleteif so, why do you do that?
I only use the ORS shampoo monthly to clarify. Once i clarify, i ALWAYS follow up with a sulfate free shampoo to add some moisture back into my hair before Deep Conditioning.
ReplyDeleteah, never did it that way but it makes sense to me. i will keep that in mind for my next clarifying day in april
