Wash Day Post Relaxer

I have been looking forward to my wash day on Saturday so I can get back to my normal routine. This is how my day went:

1)      Prepoo with EVCO & EVOO on my scalp and CON intensive conditioning treatment on the
length of  my hair [I love this conditioner]

2)      Shampoo with ORS Creamy Aloe Shampoo [One Lather]

3)      Shampoo with CON Argan Oil Moisture & Shine Shampoo [One Lather]

4)      Apply Aphogee Keratin 2 Minute Reconstructor on my hair for 3 mins without heat

5)      Apply KeraPro Restorative Intensive Conditioning Treatment to my hair for 30 mins under my
         heat cap [First time used]

6)      Wrapped my hair in a t-shirt for 30 mins to absorb the excess water

7)      Applied Aphogee Keratin & Green Tea Restructurizer, Herbal Essences Split-End Protector
and Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum [First time used ]to
my hair and detangled with a breeze

8)      Air dry for 30 mins

9)      With my hair still damp I did 3 French/ inside cornrow braids going backwards with rollers on
my ends. I also sprayed the braids with my concoction of HE Split-End Protector, Hot Six Oil,
Water and Main ‘n Tale Detangler mixed in a spray bottle

10)     After 6 hours I took down the braids since I was hanging out later with friends that day

  1. Do you always shampoo first with the ors clarifying shampoo before using a sulfate-free one?
if so, why do you do that?

  2. I only use the ORS shampoo monthly to clarify. Once i clarify, i ALWAYS follow up with a sulfate free shampoo to add some moisture back into my hair before Deep Conditioning.
